"We've had Pam as our pet sitter since 2014. We've had a few day visits with her for our dog, but we've used her mostly for overnight stays while we're on vacation. Pam is a great communicator and she's always quick in replying to my emails/texts. Every time we came home from our vacation, I never had to worry about cleaning after her stay! She would always leave our house spotless even though she stayed there multiple nights! There were a couple of times our house power went out during her stay, and she brought flashlights and lamps so my dog would not be scared in the dark.
"We needed a dog walker for our rescue Chihuahua, JP. But given his anxiety, we needed someone who would work slowly with him, and earn his trust. Pam has been that person. Her patience and kindness won him over. Her reliability, honesty, and communication skills won us over." Norma S.
"Pam is trustworthy, reliable, thoughtful, and truly an animal whisperer. She's taken care of our dogs during daytime weekday visits for over two years . One of them loves to play fetch, one of them loves belly rubs, and one of them has special needs (reactivity issues and rehabbing an injured leg) and they all love the individual care and attention to detail they get from her. Pam's an excellent communicator, one of those pet professionals who is equally good with people and animals! So we look forward to hearing updates from her visits.
Pam handles whatever our pack of 3 high energy pups brings her way with quick-thinking resourcefulness, a sense of humor, and a detailed but reassuring text (nothing seems to faze her -whether it's a dog throwing up, or finding a piece of underwear that one of them ran off with and dropped in the yard when we let them out over night!)
Pam's also done overnight house-sitting visits every time we've traveled, and there's no one else we'd trust more with our house and our dogs. She leaves our house so clean we'd never even know she was there, except for her updates and how comfortable and relaxed the dogs are when we return (as opposed to when we used to board them during travel). One of us has been home on occasion unexpectedly with a sick child during one of her daytime visits, and it's really cool to see how much the dogs love Pam when she shows up--and how much she clearly loves each of them!" "I have relied on Pam for caring for my two older dogs for several years now. With her attention to detail and ability to follow through with specific requests regarding play, walking, feeding, medications, and sleeping routines, she has my ultimate trust. She honors the personalities and needs of each dog, and when one of my dogs, Bounce, was at the beginning stages of a serious illness, I appreciated her frequent communications and diligence in her watchfulness to ease my mind as I was out of town. I just feel blessed to know that I have Pam to call when my sixteen year old Boston Terrier, Tessa, needs a loving and caring companion if I need to be absent from her for an extended period of time. Pam will make her as comfy as possible and my home will always be as clean and tidy as when I left it. I appreciate her so much and am so thankful that she is here for us!"
She even went above and beyond many times when we had packages delivered to our mailbox instead of our front door (which is a few minutes walk from our house) and she would bring them in for us so the packages wouldn't get soaked in the rain. She is very detail-oriented, and would make sure our property (not just our house) was kept secure. If she noticed anything unusual, she would always let me know. Most importantly, my dog always seems relaxed and happy when we come home, and we always feel good knowing she was well taken care of. We will continue to use Pam and we highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a pet sitter!" J.N from Snohomish, WA
