What days of the week and hours do you provide service?

 7 days a week, including holidays. For holiday rates, please see "Additional Fees" on the Pet Services and Rates Page by clicking here And I'm very flexible on the hours.

When would you pick up my dog for his/her walk?

A.

I do require a minimum two hour arrival window (example:  between 1pm-3pm); however, exceptions may be made for pets with medical needs, elderly pets or puppies in potty training.

Do you board pets in your own home?

A.

I’m sorry, I do not board pets in my home.

Q.

My pet needs medication administered.  Can you do this?

A.

With my Veterinarian Training education, I’m trained on administering medications and subcutaneous injections, and will happily do so as long as your pet is reasonably cooperative.

I’m a regular client.  Can I request services and pay online?

A.

If you become a regular Pam’s Loving Pet Care client, you will have access to a safe, secure and easy proprietary software powered by Precise Petcare©.  Through this awesome program, you will be able to do online registration, record-keeping, scheduling and invoicing.  And I am set up through PayPal to receive payments.

What if I’m new to Pam’s Loving Pet Care and want to request services and pay online?

Please contact me and we can discuss if I can provide you the service(s) that meet your needs. From there, we can set up a free initial, in-home consultation before setting up your online account.
